RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer store credit or an exchange for unworn items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the returned items are in their original packaging and show no signs of wear. Please note, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Faraoh is not liable for the loss or damage of items that are in transit for return. To ensure your return is processed securely, we recommend keeping a record of returned postage and using a traceable delivery service.
